There is so much in this material. I learned a ton, and there were so many things that made me look at people—and myself—differently.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I really learn about a person by looking at their face?

More than most people think to observe. Facial lines, habitual expressions, muscle tension, and asymmetries can provide clues about how someone habitually expresses and processes emotions.

You'll learn how these features are interpreted through Psychosomatic Therapy and BodyMind Analysis—and why understanding the whole face matters more than focusing on one feature.

What will I actually be able to do after two hours?

You'll know where to look, which facial patterns to notice, and how to begin interpreting them using the face-reading key introduced during the masterclass.

You won't become an expert in two hours, but you'll leave with a practical framework you can begin applying to the faces you encounter every day.

Can someone's face change as their emotional patterns change?

Yes. Facial expressions involve muscles, and repeated movements can influence the lines that develop over time. Changes in expression habits, muscle tension, and other factors can also affect facial appearance.

We'll explore how Psychosomatic Therapy interprets these changes and the connections it proposes between habitual emotional responses and facial patterns.

Can I use what I learn when meeting someone for the first time?

Absolutely. Whether you're meeting a potential partner, a new colleague, or someone you're considering doing business with, learning to observe facial patterns can give you more to pay attention to.

The key is to remain curious, observe patterns in context, and avoid making judgments based on a single facial feature.

Can face reading help me understand what someone is thinking or feeling?

Our faces reveal more than we consciously intend. Repeated expressions, muscle tension, and facial patterns can offer valuable clues about our habitual emotional responses and how we process experiences.

In this masterclass, you'll learn how to recognize and interpret those patterns through Psychosomatic Therapy and BodyMind Analysis, giving you a deeper understanding of what to observe and how to put those observations into context.

How do I attend the masterclass?

The masterclass takes place live on Zoom on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 1 PM Eastern and lasts approximately two hours.

After registering, you'll receive an email containing your Zoom link and joining instructions.

LEARNING TO READ HUMANS - IN THEIR WORDS

I’ve taught people from all walks of life to look more closely at the humans in front of them.

Here’s what a few of them had to say about what they learned along the way.

Meet Agnieszka Evenson

Somatic Intelligence Activator | Master Therapist in Psychosomatic Therapy and BodyMind Analysis | Creator of Sovereign Body Language

For more than 20 years, I've studied how people communicate through their faces, bodies, expressions, and habitual patterns.

My journey began with six years of intensive training in Psychosomatic Therapy and BodyMind Analysis, studying with Carole Maureen Friesen and Hermann Müller. What fascinated me then still fascinates me today: how much of our inner world becomes visible through the way we use our bodies.

Over the years, I've combined that foundation with my work in communication, human behaviour, and relationships to develop Sovereign Body Language, an approach to teaching people how to observe and interpret the patterns they encounter every day.

I believe reading humans is a skill that can be learned. And once you know what to look for, you begin to see people differently.

I look forward to sharing that skill with you.
