My understanding of energetic anatomy began taking shape during the six years I spent immersed in Psychosomatic Therapy and BodyMind Analysis, studying directly with Carole Maureen Friesen and Hermann Müller.
Chakras were never taught to me as seven coloured circles running up the middle of the body. I learned to look at how they relate to the face and body, the areas they influence, their front and back aspects, and the larger energetic structures they form together.
Over the years, I continued studying and working with chakras, energy and the human body, eventually bringing that knowledge into Sovereign Body Language.
