ELEMENTS of MANIFESTATION
You can visualize what you want. Practice gratitude. Repeat affirmations. Believe with everything you've got.
And still wonder why some things seem to appear almost effortlessly while others remain stubbornly out of reach.
Elements of Manifestation goes beyond telling you to believe, visualize, and think positively. It gives you a practical, step-by-step framework for understanding all the pieces that need to work together.
You’ll uncover where your thoughts, beliefs, expectations, emotions and actions may be pulling in different directions. You’ll learn what supports what you’re trying to create, what may be getting in the way, and what you can actually do about it.

What Might Be Affecting What You Receive?
Manifestation involves more than deciding what you want. Your expectations, beliefs, emotions, fears, focus, environment and willingness to act can all influence what happens next.
In Elements of Manifestation, you’ll examine these influences one by one and begin to recognize where you’re supporting what you want to create—and where you may be working against it without realizing it.
Explore the different elements that can influence what you receive.

Why I Wrote This Book
Elements of Manifestation started with a little piece of paper.
Years ago, I began writing down the different things I believed were involved in manifestation. The original list had only five elements. I gave copies to friends, and my mom still remembers me giving her one to keep in her wallet.
As I learned more and paid attention to my own experiences, I began adding to it. Five elements became eight. Then I started recognizing the conditions that could affect the process—the thoughts, fears, emotions and environment surrounding what you’re trying to create. And beneath those were deeper foundations that deserved attention too.
What started as five ideas on a little piece of paper eventually became 8 Elements, 5 Conditions and 5 Cores.
This book brings them together for the first time, giving you a way to look at the whole process and discover what may be supporting what you want—and what may need your attention.
